Who will be in the draw?

West Ham were certainly up against it as they took on Europa League specialists Sevilla on Thursday, having lost the away leg 1-0 against the Spanish giants.

Rubio dismissed that complaint Monday, saying "it ignores the fact that we are already on it for 36 of the 52 weeks a year.." Schools concerned about early-morning darkness should adjust their start times, he suggested. "We start school in this country at the worst possible time for adolescents," Rubio said, alluding to data indicating Teens have a naturally later sleep cycle.

Why do some people hate daylight saving time? Many complaints about DST involve the inconvenience and cost of switching the clocks twice a year, as well as the risks of impaired focus and judgment from changing sleep schedules.

Both of those missions, and others to follow, will be flown to space by the SLS, which surpasses the Apollo-era Saturn V as the world's largest, most powerful launch vehicle, and the first exploration-class rocket built by NASA for human spaceflight since Saturn V.

"And once we got into the zone, we were closing quick, taking away their time and space. And when they were getting shots, they were to the outside and I was able to see them, and the guys did an amazing job in front of me."

How did we get here: Lyon

French side Lyon are also in the draw, following their victory over Porto. They will be hoping for to continue their winning ways in the quarter-final.

"We desperately want our kids to be outside, to be playing, to be doing sports, not just to be sitting in front of a TV or a computer terminal or playing video games all day," Rubio said. "If you don't have a park or an outdoor facility with lights, you're basically shut down around 5 p.m. -- in some cases as early as four or 4:30 p.m."

"It's three games in a row," Colorado coach Jared Bednar said.

"The only one to get by him is a lucky bounce off our own player. ... I think he's playing with a ton of confidence, and it's pouring over to the rest of our team."

Representatives from the golf industry testified before Congress that even one additional month of DST was worth $200 million in green fees and golf club sales. And makers of barbecues testified it added $100 million in sales of grills and charcoal.

"He looks great," Bednar said. "He looks big in the net. He's staying upright. He looks quick down low. He's getting side to side on some real good plays and on rebound plays. He's looking confident. It's a positive sign. It's probably the best stretch that he's played all year."

"I think the majority of the American people's preference is just to stop the back and forth changing," Rubio said in a statement. "But beyond that, I think their preference is -- certainly at least based on today's vote, and what we've heard -- is to make daylight saving time permanent."

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., March 17 (Reuters) - NASA's next-generation moon rocket began a highly anticipated, slow-motion journey out of its assembly plant en route to the launch pad in Florida on Thursday for a final round of tests in the coming weeks that will determine how soon the spacecraft can fly.

The Orion capsule will carry a simulated crew of three - a male mannequin named "Commander Moonikin Campos," in honor of the late NASA engineer Arturo Campos, who played a key role in bringing Apollo 13 back to Earth after an in-flight accident, and two female mannequins.

Spanish giants Barcelona - who dropped into the competition after finishing third in their Champions League group - saw off the challenge of Galatasaray to reach the last-eight, while German outfit RB Leipzig were given a quarter-final bye after Russian side Spartak Moscow were expelled from the competition.

A measure to make daylight saving time permanent did the near-unthinkable this week and passed the Senate unanimously. If the bill clears the House of Representatives, clocks will stay in "spring forward" mode all year round, adding more sunshine in the late afternoon and evening hours.

Apollo program sent six manned missions to the moon from 1969 to 1972, the only crewed spaceflights yet to reach the lunar surface. Artemis, named for the twin sister of Apollo in Greek mythology, pre-k homeschool math curriculum seeks to land the first woman and the first person of color on the moon, among others.

Sen. Marco Rubio, who reintroduced the bill in 2021, said Tuesday that the bill's passage will decrease seasonal depression, fatal crime accidents and childhood obesity, while improving productivity, safety and health.

The strategy has long been associated with saving energy: Europe adopted a similar schedule during World War I in an attempt to conserve fuel. In the US, it was abolished shortly after the war but reintroduced by President Franklin Roosevelt in 1942, after the US entered World War II, and remained in place until 1945.
