A man who just wanted to enjoy a meal within a country club has instead become a target for 'cowardly' body-shaming after a new photo of him getting ready to eat a giant plate involving food was submitted online.

James Guide, 25, was aimed after attempting the 'meal challenge' from Gerogery Hotel, in the NSW town of Gerogery, 540km south-west of Sydney.

The particular pub is famous for its 'challenge meals' where customers make an effort to finish a new huge plate involving either steak, rooster parmigiana or a hamburger in under an hour or so.
